At MTDS, our educators create opportunities for teachers to share ideas and collaborate in their professional learning, often through job-embedded practices. By working together, teachers build strong professional communities that positively impact the culture and instruction across grade levels, departments, the school, and the wider community.

Our principal, Dr. Oratai Santimataneedol, provides continuous coaching and expert support. This includes sharing expertise in content knowledge and evidence-based practices, with a focus on each teacher’s individual needs.

Our dedicated teachers actively participate in meetings, collaboration, and professional discussions, always placing MTDS students at the center of every decision at every grade level.

As the MTDS teaching team, we work closely together across all grade levels, supported by the outstanding leadership of Dr. Oratai Santimataneedol. Senior teachers sincerely guide and support junior teachers as part of the MTDS family, serving as both mentors and trusted colleagues at one of the finest international schools in Thailand, Methaneedol International School.
